Matthew began his insurance career in 2010 becoming a partner at Anderson Williamson Insurance Agency. This adventure lead him to become sole owner in 2017 after the retirement of John “Rick” Williamson.
Matt lives in Xenia with his wife Holly Bledsoe Bennett, which is a lifelong resident of Greene County, along with their daughter Morgan. Prior to insurance Matt attended Ohio University. And after college worked as a consular for Job and Family Services in Ross County, Ohio. From there he left and work with various Tobacco Companies as a sales manager before going into the insurance business.
Matt is a proud member of Xenia Rotary and sits on the board for Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce. Matt also sits on the Greene County Library Foundation Board and is a commissioner for the City of Xenia Planning and Zoning Commission.
In his free time Matt loves to golf and coach his daughter various sports teams.

Before entering insurance, Matt attended Ohio University and worked in various roles, including as a counselor for Job and Family Services and a sales manager for tobacco companies. Matt is involved in his community as a member of Xenia Rotary, a board member for the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce, a trustee for the Greene County Library Foundation, and a commissioner for the Xenia Planning and Zoning Commission. In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing and coaching his daughter’s sports teams.
Kristen Steward

Kristen Eileen Duffey Steward is an Executive Director at Anderson Williamson Insurance Agency and Bellbrook Insurance Agency, who specializes in helping clients navigate insurance options while supporting staff growth and organizational strategy across the Xenia and Bellbrook offices. A lifelong Ohio resident, Kristen has had a diverse career, from bagging groceries and working in a hardware store to building satellite parts and working at a domestic violence shelter. Each experience has shaped her approach to helping others, especially in her current role in insurance, where she provides innovative solutions and financial peace of mind. Married to Joey Steward for 15 years, Kristen is a proud mom of four boys and Memaw to four grandchildren. She is passionate about ending racism, and she draws inspiration from Abraham Lincoln’s leadership and his commitment to doing what’s right, not what’s easy. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys family time, music, officiating weddings (over 80 so far), and riding her Harley Davidson Street Bob. She’s also a fan of soup, wedding cake, and is thankful for spell check every day.
Tara Macduff

Tara Macduff is the Director of Commercial Lines at Anderson Williamson Insurance Agency. She helps clients select business insurance policies, manage risk, and review policies annually. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Tara moved to Xenia when her family bought a local race track. She began working at a young age in the family business, developing a strong work ethic and financial skills.Tara and her husband, Kent have two children and two dogs in their Xenia home.Tara enjoys the variety of challenges in the insurance industry and values the relationships she builds with clients. She believes in maintaining a strong work ethic and positive attitude throughout her career. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, painting, listening to live music, riding dirt bikes, and gardening. She is inspired by her grandparents, parents, and brother, who have all influenced her personal and professional growth.

Born and raised in Xenia, OH, she considers this tight-knit community her home. With a deep passion for helping others, Stephanie works closely with clients to provide personalized insurance solutions that fit their unique needs and offer peace of mind. As a proud mother of three—Lily, Ruby, and Alex—she understands the importance of protecting what matters most. Engaged to Mike Kingery Jr., Stephanie values the bonds of family, integrity, and building strong, lasting relationships both in and outside of work. When she’s not serving her clients, Stephanie enjoys spending her free time painting and raising cattle, embracing the simplicity and fulfillment that come from life on the farm. Whether in her personal or professional life, Stephanie is committed to making a positive impact on those around her.
Hazel Dye

Hazel Dye is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Anderson Williamson and Bellbrook Insurance Agencies. She handles everything from website updates to crafting key marketing strategies, with big plans for the future. Hazel is also studying graphic design at Sinclair Community College, where her skills have been a great asset to her role. Alongside her marketing career, she is an assistant manager at The Dairy Station in Xenia, a job she’s held since she was 15, where she loves bringing a little joy to people through ice cream. Hazel is passionate about kindness and always aims to brighten others’ days. She lives in Xenia with her mom and dreams of one day having her own place. In her free time, she enjoys painting, working out, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends. Hazel plans to become a licensed insurance agent after graduating college.
